One of our team of three drive coordinators is stepping down and we're looking for a volunteer to join us in early 2018. This involves 1-2 hours a week arranging for drivers to take clients to appointments.
You would be responsible for about 30 clients and typically deal with about 2-4 drives per week. Your clients would phone you when they need a lift and you would arrange for one of our pool of drivers to take them. This involves taking calls, entering information on a computer system and contacting drivers by our messaging system, email or phone.
Your help would make a big difference to some of the most vulnerable and isolated people in our community.
